As part of our Australian expansion we are seeking new Junior Business Development Manager/ Digital Strategist across Melbourne and surrounds, (short experience in sales or in the work force is accepted as well)

 

ROLE :

  • Enjoy working towards targets and achieving goals.
  • You are accountable and autonomous across your sector and give your ‘all’ in order to win over new clients.
  • Your targets are principally small & medium businesses.
  • You will be proactive in your prospecting activity and organise face to face meeting.
  • Your digital expertise will become second nature.

 

PROFILE :

  • Minimum 6 months work experience.
  • A competent sales person with a proven record of rapid delivery of results.
  • Ability to develop instant rapport with clients and sell in short cycle process.
  • You enjoy a challenge and are enthusiastic & ambitious.
  • Excellent knowledge of new technologies, particularly internet.
  • You must be well organised and competent in administration in order to deliver clear and accurate contract and files.
  • Excellent computer skills (internet, excel etc.)

You have an excellent capacity to listen to a client and ensure that you provide a solution that responds perfectly to their needs and guaranties satisfaction. For this you will have great interpersonal skills; be enthusiastic and amiable.

 

REMUNERATION :

Telemarketer casual/full time

This role will involve working as part of dynamic team providing support to our Digital Strategist team and client base across Australia. The successful candidate will be diligent and motivated individual with a successful track record in reaching out to new businesses to secure appointments with prospective clients, establishing an efficient appointments diary for our sales force following the company guideline and managing tasks daily.

This position presents a genuine start in an exciting new career. This is a unique opportunity in a sector expanding exponentially !

 

Your profile:

  • Experience or not in a telemarketing or appointment setting role.
  • Ability to hit and exceed KPIs.
  • Strong sales/persuasion skills and excellent phone manner.
  • Proficient in PC use, soft phones.

Ideally, you will:

  • Have some knowledge of standard web services (SEO, SEM, Social Media advertising etc...)
  • Be driven by targets, commissions, bonus.

YOUR MISSION:

  • Act as a central platform and a bridge between the customer and the different departments
  • Promptly and effectively solve all inquiries related to the client’s account located in Quebec, Ontario and the United-States by phone or e-mail
  • Listen attentively and determine the needs of the customer to ensure that the client’s needs are met
  • Website modification
  • E-mail configuration
  • Provide all information regarding contracts, billing etc.
  • Communicate with other departments to promptly resolve the clients issues

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Basic tech-savvy
  • 1-2 years Customer service experience
  • Excellent command of the English and French language is required (both verbal and written) and good knowledge of Spanish is an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook. CRM, CMS and Google Tools are an asset.
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Professionalism, courtesy and helpfulness
