Linkeo, formed in France, is now globally competitive in innovative online marketing with over 23,000 active customers and a team of 550 collaborators through France, Canada, USA, Dubai and Australia.

As part of our Australian expansion we are seeking a Business Development Manager across Melbourne and surrounds.

PROFILE :

  • Minimum 3 years experience in sales (of which 1 year is itinerant).
  • A competent sales person with a proven record of rapid delivery of results.
  • Ability to develop instant rapport with clients and sell in short cycle process.
  • You enjoy a challenge and are enthusiastic & ambitious.
  • Excellent knowledge of new technologies, particularly internet.
  • You must be well organised and competent in administration in order to deliver clear and accurate contract and files.
  • Excellent computer skills (internet, excel etc.)

You have an excellent capacity to listen to a client and ensure that you provide a solution that responds perfectly to their needs and guarantees satisfaction. For this you will have great interpersonal skills; be enthusiastic and amiable.

ROLE :

  • Enjoy working towards targets and achieving goals.
  • You are accountable and autonomous across your sector and give your ‘all’ in order to win over new clients.
  • Your targets are principally small & medium businesses.
  • You will have the support of an appointment setter and will report to the Managing Director.

ROLE :

1. Internal Technical Support.
2. Linkeo IT Support Tools – Information System PORTAL.
3. Customer Support.
4. Support to Products Catalogue for the Sales department and clients.
5. Handle the correspondence in the support@linkeo.com.au box.

MAIN DUTIES :

Responsible for technical support both internally and externally. Management of the network, telephone equipment, computing and telecommunication facilities. As well as ensuring technical support, level 1 with our customers.

CONTEXT :

The daily operations of the business require technical support, both internally and externally. Internally, the technical support is responsible for the computing and telecommunication equipment of the business. It assists the employees of the business to configure the IT tools and the telecommunication as well as to solve any technical problems. It oversees the correct operation of the computer network in the Melbourne office.

It is also the technical point of contact for all enquires regarding the product catalogue.

Externally, the technical support assists all Linkeo customers experiencing technical difficulties with their Linkeo websites and their emails configuration (when the websites are hosted by Linkeo).

Customer service challenges: Ensuring the correct functioning of the IT tools for internal and external users.
